It will be stuck in your head, too

I have a kidney stone(s).
It feels like what I think a gun shot wound would feel like if I had to walk around this world taking Tylenol for the gaping, bloody whole in my back.

Yeah, it hurts.

I've heard and read horror stories of pregnant woman with kidney stones - and women with kidney stones in general, and am hoping and praying that these pass quickly. The only knowledge I've ever had of kidney stones in the past is from an episode of The Real World Chicago. Remember crazy Tonya? She had kidney stones so much that season, that her roommates stopped believing her and began making fun of her, making up a song in a cab one day about them. "And kidney stones and kidney stones and kidney stones..."

Has anyone else had kidney stones while pregnant? Could you maybe tell me that it only lasted a few days, you weren't hospitalized, and are well enough now to read this blog? Please? At least help me get this song out of my head I've been mumbling all day.

And kidney stones and kidney stones and kidney stones and kidney stones..........
