Diving in

I have such a busy but fun weekend ahead of me.  I'm excited but as always since being a mom, am feeling guilty that more of my time isn't carved out for Brady.  I know that he could probably care less, and really has no concept of time, but the mom-guilt is intense.  Why do we do this to ourselves?

To start the weekend Guy and I are heading out with some friends to scarf down some Buffalo Wild Wings and see a comedian.  We love comedy and these shows are so fun!  Since my birthday is Monday I was offered an overnight sitter so I can get a solid nights rest and an evening out without thinking about what time I need to get home to Brady.  I contemplated and decided to do it.  It has to happen one day.  Plus, we'd really like to go away for our anniversary next month and we could use a test run.

Then, Saturday I am shooting a wedding and am so excited!  I get so nervous before a big shoot but I'm sure it will go great.  This is my second wedding and I'm hoping things just get better and smoother each time.  Since it will be a while before I can afford the 24-70mm I rented it and can't wait to give it a big kiss.  The UPS man will probably have to pry it from my fingers when I send it back on Monday.

Brady will be spending the day/evening with his dad and I'm excited for them to have some time together.  They don't get too much alone time like that since I refuse to ever leave.  Ha!
