So. Sleep. I love sleep. If I had an hour of absolute free time a day to do with whatever I wanted, it would be take a nap. I crawl into the bed and cover myself with my soft, silky sheets and I am out. But then Sunday rolled around and my sleep schedule got flipped upside down. I am waking up several times a night and I believe that when I am sleeping, it's not good sleep.
I don't know what has happened but I am all of the sudden having extremely real, vivid dreams that are waking me up every night, several times a night. Occasionally they are of the nightmare variation but most of the time they are just your run of the mil weirdo dreams where you are performing your dance routine at a birthday party. Or, you know, you are having lunch with Beyonce.
According to Wikipedia, people dream about two hours each night almost every night. So why in the world are mine different from yours and keeping me awake?? Four days and counting of waking up over and over and over again and I am about to scream. I just want to STOP DREAMING. Or maybe have one, that would be nice.
